Electronic Lodgement of Complaints under the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice

This Electronic Lodgement System can only be used for complaints under matters covered by the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice. Code Complaints include program classification;  accuracy, fairness and respect for privacy in news and current affairs; the amount of non-program matter on television; and placement of commercials and program promotions. Although it is not covered by the Code, you can also use this form to provide feedback about captioning.

Once your complaint is submitted, Free TV will provide it to the station you have selected and the station will respond to you directly.
